Dear friends,
It is a pleasure to welcome the 2010 World Veterans Fencing Championships held this year in the Croatian city of Porec.
The fabulous landscapes of the Istria region will be a perfect frame for these Championships that are highly considered within the FIE. We are always delighted to observe former great champions’ performances and we hope to remember past memories with all these big names of the fencing history.
I hope that the spectators attending this great event will get a tremendous amount of pleasure out of following the competitions and the performances of our athletes and I wish the Croatian Fencing Federation and its President, Mr Zeljko Kvesic, the best of luck for their organisation.
